Trainee Development

Relating to the support provided to ACCA trainees (students and affiliates) working towards the ACCA qualifications.
Trainees working for employers who are under ACCA Approved Employer Gold or Platinum Level, may be exempted from using the Training Development Matrix (TDM) to record and report achievement of their performance objectives. However, trainees still need to use the TDM to submit the annual PER return.

Professional Development

Relating to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities offered to ACCA members
Members working for employers who are under ACCA Approved Employer Professional Development will automatically meet ACCA’s CPD requirements and need only make a simple annual CPD return to ACCA.
